Oil-lubricated, vane-type rotating pumps
Oil-lubricated, vane-type rotating pumpsare characterized by their almost absolute final pressure of approx. 99.5% vacuum and the relatively low noise level. They are durable with continuous loading and very reliable. As a result of the very high vacuum pressure, these pumps are particularly suited for the clamping of small parts.
